Supervising the day to day operation of all stores functions to ensure efficient on management of stores section and in compliance with company and authority requirements and to achieve a target of supporting maintenance for making serviceability of Aircraft and equipment

Trách nhiệm và nhiệm vụ/Responsibilities and accountabilities

· Supervision and administration of stores section

· Responsible for the progressive controlled performance of the dispatch, bonded store and other commercial stores.

· Monitor and review all the stores systems resources and mandatory quality achievements. Prepare stores budgetary.

· Ensure storage condition is in accordance to the company/ CAAV procedures and regulations. · Ensure good housekeeping of all stores

· Ensure stores staff follow/ adhere to the stores, company and CAAV procedures/ regulations

· Responsible for taking corrective actions for any deficiencies resulting from internal and external audits carried relating to Store functions.

· Responsible for the development, and training of staff to ensure the Store functions.

· Ensure all personnel fully and openly cooperate in safety/ security investigation without prejudice.

· To perform other duties assigned by Supply Chain General Manager.

· Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision

Kiến thức, kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm/Knowledge, Skills and Experience

1. Education level:

· University or College Degree in aviation (or equivalent)/ Economics/Accounting/ Finance/ Foreign Trade or related field.

· Fluent in English.

· At least 05 years in aviation, 05 years in Store management

2. Specific requirements:

· At least 03 years in aviation, 03 years in Store functions
