Reports to: Supply Chain General Manager

Job Summary: 

Supervising the day to day operation of all stores functions to ensure efficient on management of stores section and in compliance with company and authority requirements and to achieve a target of supporting maintenance for making serviceability of Aircraft and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision and administration of stores section
• Responsible for the progressive controlled performance of the dispatch, bonded store and other commercial stores.
• Monitor and review all the stores systems resources and mandatory quality achievements. Prepare stores budgetary.
• Ensure storage condition is in accordance to the company/ CAAV procedures and regulations.
• Ensure good housekeeping of all stores.
• Ensure stores staff follow/ adhere to the stores, company and CAAV procedures/ regulations
• Responsible for taking corrective actions for any deficiencies resulting from internal and external audits carried relating to Store functions.
• Responsible for the development, and training of staff to ensure the Store functions.
• Ensure all personnel fully and openly cooperate in safety/ security investigation without prejudice.
• To perform other duties assigned by Supply Chain General Manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• University or College Degree in aviation (or equivalent)/ Economics/Accounting/ Finance/ Foreign Trade or related field.
• Fluent in English.
• At least 03 years in aviation, 03 years in Store functions
