Giám đốc Kỹ thuật là người đứng đầu Ban Kỹ thuật, chịu trách nhiệm trước Chủ tịch HĐQT và Tổng Giám đốc về toàn bộ công tác quản lý, điều hành hoạt động kỹ thuật, bảo dưỡng tàu bay, đảm bảo an toàn, tin cậy và hiệu quả khai thác.
Là Người chịu trách nhiệm chính lĩnh vực kỹ thuật theo yêu cầu của Cục Hàng không Việt Nam (CAAV) trong AOC của Vietravel Airlines.

/ The Director of Engineering & Maintenance is the head of the Engineering Department, accountable to the Chairman and CEO for the overall management and supervision of aircraft engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency in operations.

This role is designated as the Mandatory Engineering & Maintenance Postholder under Vietravel Airlines’ AOC as required by CAAV.

·     Chịu trách nhiệm trực tiếp trước Chủ tịch HĐQT, Tổng Giám đốc về toàn bộ công tác quản lý kỹ thuật, bảo dưỡng đội tàu bay. ;/  Be directly responsible to the Chairman and CEO for the overall management of aircraft engineering and maintenance.

·     Đảm bảo hoạt động bảo dưỡng, kỹ thuật tàu bay tuân thủ đầy đủ VARs, quy định CAAV, các cơ quan quản lý liên quan và chính sách của Công ty.  ;/  Ensure that all engineering and maintenance activities are fully compliant with VARs, CAAV regulations, related aviation authorities, and Vietravel Airlines’ policies.

·     Xây dựng, tổ chức và giám sát hệ thống bảo dưỡng định kỳ, sửa chữa, khắc phục sai hỏng để duy trì tình trạng khai thác an toàn và liên tục của đội tàu bay.   / Establish, organize, and supervise scheduled maintenance, repairs, and rectifications to maintain safe and continuous airworthiness of the fleet. ;

·     Đảm bảo tính đủ điều kiện bay (airworthiness) của toàn bộ tàu bay trong khai thác. ;/  Ensure the airworthiness of all aircraft in operation. ;

·     Quản lý quan hệ với nhà sản xuất, MRO, các tổ chức bảo dưỡng, nhà cung cấp phụ tùng và cơ quan quản lý. ;/  Manage relationships with OEMs, MROs, approved maintenance organizations, spare parts suppliers, and authorities.

·     Phát triển và kiểm soát chương trình bảo dưỡng, kiểm tra, sửa chữa theo quy định ;/ Develop and control maintenance programs, inspections, and repairs as required.

·     Quản lý và phân bổ nguồn lực: kỹ sư, thợ máy, nhân viên kỹ thuật đảm bảo đủ năng lực, chứng chỉ và sẵn sàng làm nhiệm vụ. ;/  Manage and allocate resources: engineers, mechanics, and technical staff to ensure competency, certification, and readiness.

·     Xây dựng, ban hành và kiểm soát tài liệu kỹ thuật, quy trình bảo dưỡng, hướng dẫn khai thác kỹ thuật. ;/  Prepare, issue, and control technical manuals, maintenance procedures, and engineering instructions.

·     Tham gia Ủy ban An toàn của hãng và các nhóm hành động an toàn liên quan đến kỹ thuật. ;/  Participate in the company’s Safety Committee and technical safety action groups.

·     Chủ trì xử lý và khắc phục các phát hiện/thiếu sót từ kiểm toán, thanh tra kỹ thuật nội bộ và bên ngoài. ;/ Take the lead in addressing and rectifying audit/inspection findings from internal and external inspections ;

·     Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Ban Khai thác bay, Ban An toàn – Chất lượng trong công tác phân tích dữ liệu, điều tra và phòng ngừa sự cố kỹ thuật./  Closely coordinate with the Flight Operations Department and Safety & Quality Department in analyzing data, investigating, and preventing technical incidents

·     Đảm bảo SMS được áp dụng trong quản lý rủi ro kỹ thuật và có thẩm quyền cao nhất về mức độ chấp nhận rủi ro trong lĩnh vực kỹ thuật. ;/  Ensure SMS is applied in engineering risk management and exercise ultimate authority over risk acceptability in technical operations.

·     Quản lý toàn diện về lao động, tài sản, tài liệu, trang thiết bị của Ban Kỹ thuật. ;/  Manage labor resources, assets, documentation, and facilities of the Engineering Department.;

·     Báo cáo định kỳ và đột xuất cho Chủ tịch, Tổng Giám đốc và CAAV về tình hình kỹ thuật ;/ Submit regular and extraordinary reports to the Chairman, CEO, and CAAV on technical matters.;

·     Phụ trách quản lý về công tác kế hoạch, hành chính, có trách nhiệm thực hiện tốt công tác tổng hợp báo cáo chung của Ban Kỹ thuật và chế độ báo cáo theo thẩm quyền/ In charge of the management of planning and administration, responsible for well performing the synthesis of general reports of the TED and reporting regime according to authority

·       Thực hiện chế độ báo cáo định kỳ, đột xuất cho Chủ tịch, Tổng Giám đốc về các nội dung có liên quan công tác Kỹ thuật;/ Carry out regular and extraordinary reporting to the Chairman and CEO on contents related to the technical matters;

·       Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do Chủ tịch, Tổng Giám đốc giao/ Perform other tasks assigned by the Chairman and CEO

Kiến thức, kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

·       Có bằng Đại học chính quy trở lên chuyên ngành kỹ thuật hàng không, cơ khí động lực, điện – điện tử hàng không hoặc lĩnh vực kỹ thuật liên quan, ưu tiên ứng viên có bằng Thạc sĩ hoặc chứng chỉ chuyên môn quốc tế (EASA Part-66, FAA A&P, CAAV AMEL).  /  Hold a university degree or higher in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical Power, Avionics, or a relevant technical field; candidates with Master’s degree or international licenses (EASA Part-66, FAA A&P, CAAV AMEL) are strongly preferred.

·       Trình độ chuyên môn tối thiểu của Người chịu trách nhiệm chính lĩnh vực Kỹ thuật [VAR 12.060]/ The minimum qualifications for the Technical Post Holder are: [VAR 12.060].

·       Có ít nhất 8 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bảo dưỡng, kỹ thuật tàu bay, trong đó tối thiểu 3 năm giữ vị trí quản lý kỹ thuật./
