Position: E-Commerce Executive

Dept: Commercial Department

Location: 28 Truong Son, ward 02, district Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City  

Reports to: Policy & Product Manager

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrate a strategic mindset in aligning the product-to-sale in e-commerce platforms that he/she will manage (which include but are not limited to airline products, and non-airline products) to achieve long-term business objectives.
  • Must be able to make recommendations based on E-commerce experience and expertise as well as an understanding of trade and customer behavior and our brands to ensure a frictionless customer journey combining offline engagement and digital ecosystem.
  • Develop planning to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of our products.
  • Responsible for leading the projects to set-up & develop products with third parties.
  • Work closely with third parties to ensure the standard coordination guideline and smooth execution of platform operation.
  • Analyze our product listing data (sales, conversion rate, page views, rankings, pricing, etc.) to determine why products are trending up or down. Share the observations and the proposed strategies to improve the issue.
  • Review the movement of competitors and pricing, to understand market trends.
  • Optimize the budget and maximize ROAS and ROI on each channel.
  • Prepare sales report & analysis (result-oriented) by month and quarter.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing and Brand team to implement the marketing campaign, optimize impressions, and regulate the marketing budget.
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by manager.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

  • Male / female, aged from 25 and above.
  • Bachelor ‘s Degree and above with at least 3-4 years of experience in E-commerce or in a similar role that involves online retail, or a role with relevant skill sets.
  • Good English skills (Toeic 650 or IELTS 5.0 above)
  • Advanced MS Office or Google Suites skills is a must.
  • Having experience and strong knowledge of best practices in e-commerce/digital marketing with capability to adapt to the evolving requirements of e-commerce sales.
  • Demonstration of analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
  • Ability to build and implement a strategic marketing plan across digital platforms for a growing e-commerce business.
  • Possession of interpersonal skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Competency in project management, to work independently and proactively to provide creative and effective solutions.
